02 A day in the life
An honest Tuesday.
No hero shifts, no 7 PM 'can you stay late' — the day has a shape and it holds.

Coffee's on. Key-drop envelopes from the weekend get logged and triaged — urgent stuff claims the first bays.
- 8:30 AM
First inspections underway. Photos and measurements go straight into reports; Lillian starts walking customers through findings by phone.
- 12:00 PM
Lunch actually happens. The rack schedule is Joe's problem, not yours.
- 2:00 PM
Morning approvals turn into afternoon repairs. Parts runners from the Grote network keep the bays moving.

Road tests, final photos, pickup calls. Tomorrow's board gets set.
