What you'll do
- Diagnose engine, driveline, brake, suspension, and electrical systems with factory-level scan tools
- Document findings with photos and measurements — evidence is the house standard
- Perform repairs to factory procedure and road-test your own work
- Flag now / soon / monitor honestly; nobody here sells for commission
What you'll bring
- ASE certification (or actively testing) — we support continuing certification
- 3+ years of professional repair experience preferred
- Own tools; we provide the big equipment, lifts, and diagnostics platforms
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
The deal, plainly
Monday–Friday, 8 to 5 — the shop is closed every weekend. No commission structure anywhere in the building. Factory-level equipment, a two-person front desk that actually communicates, and your name on your findings. See life at Grote →
